How should I surround myself?

• Be the person whose eyes light up when you see them coming.
• Visibly with enthusiasm.
• Are they left full or empty?
• Energised or drained?

How should I go slow?

• Intentionally.
• Tiny steps at a time to build consistency.
• Trajectory is more important than position.

How should I climb?

• Slowly, with eyes lit up around you 😊
• Climb your own mountain, the trips, falls and difficulties that no-one else will see
