Welcome to Weekly Whisper #163.

Frankie swallowed a clock

Yep, I’m convinced at some point in her life she must have swallowed some sort of time device?

Why? Because each night at the same time she makes us aware she needs something.

Now, don’t be alarmed. Frankie is one of my dogs and the clock is a metaphor.

Each night at 5.30pm almost to the minute Frankie starts to bark.

She doesn’t really bark at any other time but you can rely on her barking at 5.30pm every night.

Why?

Well, that’s her normal feeding time – she’s out by 30 mins by the way!

Anyway, something in her must feel the need to let us know she needs to be fed and she proceeds to bark.

Her gut is telling her something and she acts accordingly.

Have you ever had a hunch about something?

Have you ever felt that a part of you was trying to alert you to something but you couldn’t quite articulate it?

Have you ever felt something in your gut that was trying to inform you about something to do or not do?

It appears that our gut is quite intelligent.

It appears that it might be able to process information that you’re not aware of consciously.

What might your gut be telling you?
